Advance reservations are required for any overnight stay,
whether you’re lodging or camping. Reservations are processed and confirmed
in the order received. Individual guests under the age of 18 MUST be
accompanied by a parent or guardian.
To find out whether space is available for the dates you’re interested
in, and to make reservations, please call our Registrar, Gary Forish,
at 413-572-4501 or contact us by email. (Email
usually gets a faster reply, as we check voicemail messages every two or
three days.)
Payment in full, in advance of your stay, is required. There are
no exceptions. If we have not received your payment, you haven’t made
a reservation.
In addition to the lodging fee, we require a $75 cleaning and
damage key deposit, which is refunded after you return the key and we
find the building in satisfactory condition.
Lodgers may indicate a room or building wing preference.
We will try to honor requests on a first-come, first-served basis, but
we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so.
Reservations are processed and are confirmed in the order that
payment is received. Full payment is required to finalize your reservation
and to guarantee your space.
The Double Cottage, the North Cottage, and the Bath House
are handicapped accessible.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Exclusive Use of Double Cottage and North Cottage Building
or Wing:
- Reservations canceled more than 30 days in advance
will receive a 50% refund.
- Reservations canceled 22-30 days in advance will receive
a 20% refund.
- Reservations canceled 21 days or less in advance are
non-refundable.
Trainings and Non-Exclusive Use of Any Building, or
Camping:
- Reservations canceled more than 30 days in advance
will receive a full refund.
- Reservations canceled 15-30 days in advance will receive
a 70% refund.
- Reservations canceled 14 days or less in advance are
non-refundable.

EXTENDING YOUR STAY
Lodgers who wish to stay past their reservation dates
MUST clear this with the Registrar, so no conflicts arise and lodging fees
can be tracked.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
A three-night minimum reservation is required on the following
holidays (no discounts):
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Day
- Presidents' Day Weekend
- Memorial Day Weekend
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day Weekend
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
A two-night minimum reservation is required at all other
times.
Group rates are also available.
A waiting list is available for single-night reservations. Depending
upon existing reservations, space may become available two days prior
to requested reservation date.
